Keith is a life long Martial Artist with an extensive background in Boxing and Kick Boxing. Keith has an had 20+ bouts in Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA. Many consider Keith one of the best striking coaches in Arizona; who now joins one of the best ground coaches in Professor Sean Huff. With these two main coaches collaborating, sky is the limit. Keith is also available for private lessons, mit sessions, & small group sessions.
