Sean Alexander Huff is our Head Professor. Over the past 23 years, Sean earned black belts in BJJ, Ju-Jitsu, and Judo. He won the Arizona State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships at Brown, Purple and Blue belt. Sean has competed in MMA, and Competed in Professional Sub-Only Grappling. Sean also continues to compete in International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments including IBJJF Master Worlds in 2016, 2017, 2019, & NO-GI Worlds 2021.

In addition to teaching most of the classes at NSBJJ, Sean lectures at affiliate academies nationwide. Sean continues to attend seminars across the globe, giving him a wealth of knowledge to share with his students. Members of the US Air Force recognized Sean’s fighting and teaching abilities and he now teaches combat to their Special Operations.

Sean is also a personal trainer certified in personal training, cross fit, strength and conditioning, kettle bell, periodization for tri-athletes, and yoga.
